About SavyPick

Smart picks for smart people

SavyPick is for people who don’t want to wade through forty review sites to figure out which CRM, inverter, or SaaS tool is actually worth their money.

We do the research for you. We compare. We test where we can. And we write up what we find — honestly, and without fluff.

What we cover

  • Solar & Energy — Rooftop solar in India, ROI maths, inverter and panel comparisons, MERC and TOD tariffs, BESS basics, subsidy guides for residential and commercial buyers.
  • Software & SaaS — CRMs, accounting tools, marketing platforms, payment gateways — the software stack Indian MSMEs actually need to run a business.
  • MSME Tools — Practical software and services for small and medium businesses, judged on cost-per-value rather than feature counts.
  • Buying Guides & Reviews — Honest, side-by-side comparisons. Where the cheaper option wins, we say so. Where the expensive option is worth the premium, we explain why.

Who SavyPick is for

  • Indian MSME owners who want clear, no-fluff answers before they spend money
  • Solar buyers — homes, factories, and commercial buildings
  • Small business operators choosing their first or next software stack
  • Smart individuals who would rather make a careful decision than chase a trend

How we work

We pick products and services we know well, often from years of hands-on use in the Indian market. We read the documentation, talk to other users, and where possible we run trials ourselves. Then we put together a guide that says clearly what is good, what is not, and who it is right for.

We do not chase every category and we do not write about things we do not understand. If something is outside our circle of competence, we say so.

How we make money

SavyPick uses affiliate links. When you click a link and buy something, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. That commission funds the time it takes to research a topic properly.

We will not recommend something we wouldn’t use or recommend to a friend. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

A note on the spelling

Yes, Savy with one v. It is intentional, not a typo.
